The apartment had a good location, close to a supermarket and with ample car parking. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and even went out of their way to post my forgotten phone back to me at home. The apartment itself was well furnished and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. I also appreciated the secure entry system, which gave me peace of mind.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't be more perfect - right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. Despite being in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious and modern with great amenities including air conditioning, TV, and kitchen facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. One of the best aspects was the continental breakfast provided with a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Our clean and well-equipped apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of Edinburgh's major sights. Although we had minor issues with the Dyer and light in the bedroom, the housekeeping staff was really good. We especially enjoyed the TV with streaming services and the nearby Sainsbury's. we would recommend this place.

This place is fantastic! This was my second stay here and I can't say enough good things about it. The staff, especially Colin and Kevin, were exceptional. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and a nearby Sainsbury's. The rooms are well-furnished, with ample wardrobe space, and the living room is spacious and comfortable. The welcome pack and provisions for breakfast were a generous touch. The on-site parking is a bonus. The wifi is great too. Definitely will stay here again.

Ideal location in the heart of the old town, close to all attractions and easily accessible for commuting. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. The inclusion of breakfast foods was a nice touch, especially when we arrived hungry and couldn't go out due to heavy rain. The staff were attentive to our needs and provided daily room service.

We had to ask for slippers and dressing gowns, advertised but not provided initially. The shower over the bath was not good, as it only trickled.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient, as it is easy to access from the airport via tram and is centrally located in the old town. It is also close to the strip clubs, although this may not be to everyone's liking. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a nice welcome pack of tea, coffee, and milk. Housekeeping was attentive and the hotel felt secure.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel may not be the best, which could be a drawback for some guests.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, you can walk to most of the must-see spots. The location near the castle is particularly convenient, and all of the other attractions are close by too. The apartment is impeccable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The concierge is friendly and always there to help. You can feel secure with the enhanced measures in place. this is an ideal place to stay while exploring the city.

As foreign tourists, we loved the modern and well-appointed apartment with its three flat-screen TVs and access to Netflix. The comfy beds and little extras for breakfast made us feel right at home. The convenient washer/dryer, decent toiletries, and private gated parking were major perks. The helpful and friendly staff added a personal touch to our stay. The location just off the Grassmarket was quiet but still close to the city center.

I had a good and helpful stay at The Knight Residence in Edinburgh. The staff was kind and were really nice too help us with our delayed luggage. They even helped us navigate the washer/dryer, different from what we were used to. The apartment in the annex building was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The nearby Sainsburys made it easy to pick up groceries. I had a perfect break and would definitely recommend this hotel.
